Consumer Contracts Regulations 2015

You have the right to cancel your order at any point up to the 14th (fourteenth) day after receiving your item/s (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public holidays) for any reason.

Under the above act you must write to us (telephone calls are not accepted as you are cancelling a contract under UK law) indicating your desire to cancel the contract you have entered into with us. You must then return the item/s to us in an unworn/as new condition – this will be at your own cost.

Once received (we advise you get proof of posting from the Post Office/courier) we will then process your refund within 14 (fourteen) days as stated by the above act. Please note we will only refund standard postage in all instances.

If you return part of an order i.e you keep at least one pair from a multi-pair order then postage is non-refundable, if you return a pair for an exchange then postage is also non-refundable – as we will pay to have the second pair sent to you at our expense.

Gift Vouchers

WalkTall Gift Vouchers are available from our website in various denominations – Please note the following rules regarding the use of these vouchers :- WalkTall Gift Vouchers will be valid for a period of TWO YEARS from purchase. WalkTall Gift Vouchers contain a unique code registered to you and can only be used once. There is no “Cash-in” value at any time – We will not refund the value of Gift Vouchers under ANY circumstances. If you use a Gift Voucher & subsequently return the shoes there will be no refund – you can choose an alternative pair of shoes or the Gift Voucher will be re-issued to you with the same expiry date. You can part redeem your Gift Voucher against a purchase where the purchase price is less than the balance of the Gift Voucher and the remaining balance will be available to use at a later date. WalkTall Gift Vouchers are non-transferable to other people. None of the above affects your statutory rights under United Kingdom law.
