After yet another challenging year for the retail sector, We will be taking an extended break to be with our families over this Christmas & New year period – Please plan well ahead for your footwear requirements over this time and shop as early as possible to avoid disappointment due to our holiday closure (including any returns or exchanges that may be required to be performed).

Mail Order, Telephone & Website Order Deadlines

If you require your shoes for a specific date or an occasion you are advised to call us on 01604 831271 / 831751 to place your order with us verbally over the phone where we can advise you more accurately of stock availability and a likely delivery date – If you are in any doubt then simply pick up the phone and give us a call – We are here to help you.

We would like to preface all of the below information by saying that these are only delivery expectations – set by our couriers. Please remember – you are ordering shoes at the busiest time of the year for the UK’s postal and courier systems, and the earlier you place your order the more chance there will be of not encountering any problems during the delivery process – Please do not leave it to the last minute!

Last order dates for delivery BEFORE Christmas for UK customers.

Standard UK delivery – Order by 1:00pm on Thursday the 19th December.
Next working day delivery – Order by 1:00pm on Friday 20th of December.

UK destination parcels will continue to be despatched until 1:00pm on Monday the 23rd of December but will NOT be delivered to you before Christmas – Royal Mail / DPD will resume deliveries of these parcels on Friday the 27th of December.

Any orders placed AFTER 1:00pm on Monday 23rd of December will be despatched upon our return from the Christmas break on Monday 30th December – Any orders placed AFTER 1:00pm on Monday 30th of December will be dealt with upon our return from the New Year break on Thursday 2nd of January 2025.

Last order dates for delivery BEFORE Christmas for Europe & Rest of the world

This varies by country but generally the main destinations below will cover the majority of our customers (please call us if your country is not listed). Please also understand that again – these are the delivery expectations of our UK couriers – the local couriers in your own country may not run to these dates or timescales & you are reminded to not leave it until the last minute to order in time for Christmas delivery – particularly if you are relying on them for presents.

Christmas Returns Policy / Returned Goods

Any items bought (by mail order or internet shopping ONLY) as Christmas presents can be returned for a full refund or an exchange up to Friday the 17th of January 2025. 

Please also bear in mind that we will need to prioritise any deliveries that need to go out as Christmas presents over this period and that any footwear returned to us for either an exchange or refund from the 19th of December onwards will not be processed until we return after the extended New Year break.
