How do I place an order
on Walktall? |

Placing an order on Walktall
is safe and easy. Once you have chosen the item you wish
to purchase – simply
select the colour, size and quantity you want using the
drop down menus on the product pages and then select “add
to basket”. Once you have added all the products
you want to your shopping basket, click on the “checkout” button
at the top of the page.
To complete your order you will need to either 1. login to your
account – or 2. proceed to our guest
checkout.

If you have created an account (see Why
should I create an account? for
more information),
you can simply login to your account and access all
the details you have saved which are stored on our
secure server. This will save you time as you will
not need to enter your address and any other delivery
information again. You will need to enter your card
payment details each time so make sure you have your
debit or credit card details to hand.
2. Guest checkout |

Our guest checkout feature is designed for people who
wish to proceed through our checkout without creating an
account. As a guest to the site, you just need to enter
your delivery and payment details to make your purchase,
but if you purchase from the site more than once you will
have to enter your details in full each time you order.
Whichever way you choose to proceed
through the Walktall checkout, you will
be able to review your order before
completion, and once you have confirmed your order, a confirmation
email detailing your order will be sent to the email address
you have entered. This will contain a unique order number – which
can be used if you wish to contact us in relation to your
order at any time.
Our online checkout is a completely secure, easy and quick
method of shopping and has been used successfully by many
thousands of our customers.

By creating an account with us you will be able to benefit

details will be saved on our secure server which means
that you will not have to re-enter them every time

you have created an account, any orders you place through
your account will be stored, allowing you to check
details such as the size and date of previous orders. |

an account you can log in and check when your order
was despatched. |

account holders will regularly be given the opportunity
to take up our account holder only online special offers
such as cut prices and enter our account holder only
competitions. Make sure you enter your email address

products and features; we guarantee that
our account holders will be the first to hear about
new products and features on the site. |

Coupon promotions;
from time to time we offer great promotions and deals
using various gift coupons. It is only possible to
redeem any of these great offers if you have an account
with us. Furthermore, we have plans to introduce a
Gift Voucher system, where it will be possible for
you to buy or receive vouchers for/from your friends
and family. Again, this feature will only be possible
if you have created an account with us. |
How do I create an
account with Walktall? |

Creating an account with us is a simple and secure process.
To do this, click on the create a new account button.
You will then need to provide us with the following information
when prompted;
Name; (so we know who you are!)
E-mail Address;
(so we can keep you up to date
with news, special offers and
the progress of your order)
Address; (so
we can send you your orders
and any other correspondence)
Telephone Number;
(so we can contact you if there
is a problem with your order)
You will also need to choose a personal password that
you will need to enter each time you want to log into your
account. We recommend that you choose a password that you
will be able to remember and is a minimum of 5 characters
long. You can use letters, numbers or a combination of
both.
Once you have completed all the required
fields, select the continue button and
you will see a confirmation page stating you have completed
the registration
procedure. You will also be sent an email to your personal
email account confirming your account registration.
How do I login to my
account? |

By logging into your personal account on Walktall
you will be able to shop faster, check the status of your
orders and look up details relating to the orders you have
previously made.
To access this information simply click on the login button
in the top right hand area of the screen. You will then
be prompted to enter your email address and personal password
into the fields provided. Once you have done this you will
have full access to your account details.
