We want to provide you
with a hassle-free shopping experience. Our customer service
team is on hand to process your order or handle any queries
you may have.
We are UK based but offer worldwide delivery (excluding USA and Canada).
Our UK Mainland
delivery rates and times are as follows:
Parcelforce 24 - Next Working Day Delivery -
$15
per order*
We aim for same day despatch on orders placed before midday Monday to Friday
to UK* destinations.
Orders placed before midday Monday to Thursday should be delivered on the next working day. Orders placed between midday on Thursday and Midday on Friday should be delivered on the following Monday.
Orders placed after midday on Friday, on Saturday or on Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays,
Sundays or Bank Holidays.
If you are in the armed forces and require goods to be sent to a BFPO address we will send you your order free of charge as a little thank you for representing your country. Please call us to place your order as this option is not available online. Delivery times may vary.
If we have a valid email address on record for you, you will receive a confirmation email from us once your goods have been despatched containing tracking details.
Delivery to destinations outside the UK
We aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (we do not despatch at weekends or bank holidays).
For Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland we charge
$15
per order. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from despatch.
Netherlands, Germany, Denmark, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Rest of Europe we charge
$27
per order. Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from despatch.
Overseas delivery including delivery to Far East and Australasia,Rest
of World is charged at
$38
. Delivery usually takes 6-10 working days from despatch. Please note we are unable to despatch to the USA or Canada.

Returning goods |

If you are not entirely happy with your
purchase you can return it to us unworn within 60 days
for a full refund or exchange. We do ask that you pay the
postage on the goods you return but if you ask for an exchange
we will pay for any goods we send back out to you.
If you are returning clothing or smaller items the cheapest
way to return goods is to take them to your nearest Post Office and post them
back to us using Royal Mail standard delivery. Always ask for a proof of postage
in case they go astray in the post.
If returning footwear and larger items we can arrange for Parcel
Force to collect the goods you wish to return for a charge of £4.99 per
collection (not per item) – please call us on 01458 449020 to arrange this.
We can offer collections to suit you, including collecting from an alternative
address and specify day and approximate time of collection within reason. Please
note that this service is only available to UK addresses.
Once we are in receipt of the goods we aim to process all refunds and exchanges
within 48 hours.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear
unless faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
What if the goods

If you think
the goods you have received are faulty or if you have been
sent the wrong item, please call
our Returns Team on 01458 447967 (Monday to Friday from
8.30am to 4.30pm) or email returns@walktall.co.uk.
In these circumstances we will arrange a free of charge
collection and replacement goods to be resent where appropriate.
