DELIVERY & RETURNS
Standard Delivery: £4.99 per order
We aim to despatch within 24 hours, occasionally it can take up to 48 hours. Please note we do not despatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Delivery is via Royal Mail and usually takes 1 to 4 working days. This is not a trackable service.
Next Working Day: £6.50 per order
Our Next Working Day* delivery service is a signed for, service via Parcelforce.
*Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following day.
Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order.
Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order.
Convenient Collect (£6.50 per order*)
Convenient Collect allows you to have your order delivered to a Post Office® for collection at your convenience.
Rather than having to wait in for your delivery, simply select which Post Office® is most convenient for you and you can collect your Walktall order from there. Of the 10,500 post offices across the country, most are open on Saturday and many on Sundays. Over 4,000 have late or extended opening hours during the week so you can collect your parcel at a time most convenient to you.
- This service is available on-line up until 2pm Monday to Thursday for collection the next working day.
- Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday will be ready for collection on Monday.
- Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday will be ready for collection on Tuesday.
- We do not despatch or deliver on bank holidays.
- Please select ‘Convenient Collect’ option during the checkout process if you want to use this service. A small number of products are not available for delivery via this service.
- You will need a copy of your order confirmation and ID with your address on to collect your parcel.

As this is a trackable service we’ll send you an email when your order is despatched which contains your tracking number and you can track the progress of your parcel at http://www.parcelforce.com/ .
Armed Forces Customers Using BFPO Addresses
We offer free delivery to serving members of the armed forces using a BFPO address. Please enter coupon code BFPO at the Basket to obtain free delivery. Please note that any orders using this coupon code that are not to BFPO addresses will be cancelled. We aim to despatch these orders within 24 hours.
SMS Messaging for Next Working Day Delivery
If we have your mobile phone number, we will send you a text on the morning that your parcel is due for delivery. If you are not going to be at home you will have the option to:
• Deliver to a neighbour
• Deliver to your local post office for collection
• Change the delivery date
Channel Islands & The Republic of Ireland (EIRE) Delivery
Delivery to the Channel Islands and EIRE is £10 per order. We aim to despatch these orders within 24 hours, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from despatch.
Delivery to European countries outside the UK, Channel Islands and EIRE is £18 per order. We aim to despatch these orders within 24 hours, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from despatch but can occasionally take longer.
Delivery Outside Europe
Delivery to countries outside of Europe (excluding the US and Canada) is £25. We aim to despatch these orders within 24 hours, delivery usually takes 6-10 working days from despatch but can occasionally take longer.
Please Note that we are not able to despatch any goods to the United States or Canada.
Returning Goods – Free UK returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with a product, you can return it to us, unworn and in the original packaging, for free (within the UK) within 60 days for an immediate exchange or refund of the cost of the product.
Please use the returns label enclosed with your order and take your parcel to your nearest post office.
