We aim to despatch within 24 hours, occasionally it can take up to 48 hours. Please note we do not dispatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. Delivery is via Royal Mail and usually takes 1 to 4 working days. This is not a trackable service.
Express Delivery: Next Working Day - £6.50 per order
Our express delivery service is a next working day* service via Parcelforce.
*Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday will be despatched the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be sent the following day.
Orders placed between 2pm on Thursday and 2pm on Friday will be delivered on the Monday following the date of the order.
Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday will be despatched on Monday for delivery on the Tuesday following the date of the order.

Armed Forces Customers Using BFPO Addresses
We offer free delivery to serving members of the armed forces using a BFPO address. Please enter coupon code BFPO at the Basket to obtain free delivery. Please note that any orders using this coupon code that are not to BFPO addresses will be cancelled. We aim to despatch these orders within 24 hours.
Delivery to the Channel Islands and EIRE is £10 per order. We aim to despatch these orders within 24 hours, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from despatch.
Delivery to European countries outside the UK, Channel Islands and EIRE is £18 per order. We aim to despatch these orders within 24 hours, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days from despatch but can occasionally take longer.
Delivery to countries outside of Europe (excluding the US and Canada) is £25. We aim to despatch these orders within 24 hours, delivery usually takes 6-10 working days from despatch but can occasionally take longer.
Please Note that we are not able to despatch any goods to the United States or Canada.
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return it to us unworn within 60 days for a full refund or exchange. We do ask that you pay to return the goods but if you ask for an exchange we will pay for any goods we send back out to you.
There are three ways to return goods to us:
CollectPlus (£2.50 per parcel)
CollectPlus operates through corner shops and there are over 4500 participating stores throughout the UK. Unless the parcel you're returning is very small or light, this is usually the cheapest way to send goods back to us.
- If you want to return an item using this service, simply peel off the CollectPlus returns label enclosed with your order and attach it to your parcel.
- Please include your card details or a cheque for £2.50 made payable to Walktall as we’re unable to deduct this charge from your refund. Alternatively you can pay by card over the phone by calling us on 01458 449020.
- Take the parcel to any of the 4,500 participating stores offering the service. You’ll receive proof of postage and a code so you can track your return online.
If you can’t locate your Collect+ returns label you can download one from www.collectplus.co.uk/walktall.
Royal Mail via the Post Office (Cost depends on size & weight of parcel)
- If you want to return an item using this service, simply peel off the returns label enclosed with your order and attach it to your parcel.
- Take the parcel to your local Post Office where you’ll need to pay to cover the cost of the return.
- We recommend you obtain a Proof of Postage in case the parcel goes astray.
Parcelforce Home Collection Service (£6.50 per parcel)
This option is ideal if you have larger items to return.
- Simply call us on 01458 449020 and one of our customer advisors will be happy to arrange a collection. Please have your card ready to pay for the collection as we are unable to deduct the charge from your refund.
- We can offer collections from an alternative address and you can specify day and approximate time of collection depending on your area.
- Please include your returns form so we know who the parcel is from.
- This service is only available to UK Mainland customers.

We do not refund postage unless you cancel your order as specified below.
In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refunds or exchanges on underwear unless faulty. This does not affect your legal rights.
If for any reason you think we have sent you the wrong or faulty goods, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a free or charge return and for replacement goods to be sent where required.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 - Order/Contract Cancellation
Please note that under the Distance Selling Regulations you are entitled to cancel any order you place if you so wish provided that you exercise your right no longer than eight working days after the day on which you receive the Products ordered.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract after your order has been despatched please notify us by email or in writing of your intention to cancel the order within seven working days of receiving the goods. Returning goods with our returns form enclosed will not be deemed a cancellation of the contract and delivery costs will not be refunded. On receipt of the goods back here we will arrange to refund you in full including any delivery costs incurred.
