Here at Walktall we aim to provide the best possible shopping experience for our customers. As you may or may not know we have a walktall shop and we recently had a customer who visited us. He was kind enough to send us this e-mail after his visit to the shop and we thought it would help if any of you are aprehensive about shopping with us either online or in our store.

Dear Walktall

My partner and I visited the Walktall Outlet store in Street on Saturday 15th Sept. I would like you to pass on my thanks to the two gentlemen who were working that day. They were extremely helpful and unobtrusive, fetching various styles for me to try on.

I have been aware of your store for several years but have always refrained from mail order purchasing due to the inconsistancy of shoe sizes and my unwillingness to pay for returns and such like. When I saw you had a store I made the 2 hour journey to Street to try on various shoes on site. I spent almost two hours in your store. I tried on about twenty pairs of shoes and eventually bought two pairs. I would have bought more but I'm waiting for your new stock to be made available.

Please continue to keep up the good work. I have seen your company go from strength to strength and I look forward to dealing with Walktall in the

future.
